Pay Using F Bank's Website
With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist Brightside Quarters Condominiums Association you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using the First Citizens Bank's payment website. Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services ***It may still list our old company name, Pelican Management Group.)
Association ID: BSQ (Brightside Quarters Condos)
Property ID: Your account number

Since our management company, Magnolia Management Services, is a property management company with employees often out of the office on site visits, we recommend all homeowners schedule an appointment before visiting Magnolia Management Service's office.
